Shipping Policy

At Trail & Trust, every order is carefully handcrafted, packed, and shipped from Wyoming. We appreciate your support of our small business and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing may take a little longer. If a significant delay occurs, we'll contact you using the email address provided with your order.

Shipping Methods

We currently offer:

  • USPS Ground Advantage (Standard Shipping)

  • USPS Priority Mail (Expedited Shipping)

Delivery times provided by USPS are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, destination, and selected shipping method for your order.

Any free shipping promotions will be clearly displayed on our website when available.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to begin updating after your shipping label has been created.

Shipping Delays

Once your package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

While we do our best to ship orders promptly, Trail & Trust cannot guarantee delivery dates and is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier operations, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update the address before your order ships.

Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the product and packaging.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We'll gladly help work with USPS to determine the status of your shipment and help find the best resolution.

Free Local Delivery

While we do not offer local pickup, we are pleased to offer free local delivery from our home in Medicine Bow, Wyoming (82329).

  • Free delivery within 50 miles of Medicine Bow on all orders.

  • Free delivery within 100 miles of Medicine Bow on orders of $25 or more.

If your delivery address qualifies, the free local delivery option will be available at checkout.

We know that sometimes you don't find the perfect gift until the last minute.

If you've found something special at Trail & Trust but you're worried it won't arrive in time, please reach out before placing your order. While we can't guarantee shipping carrier delivery times, we'll do everything we reasonably can to meet your deadline—including prioritizing production whenever possible.
